Someone from our office will be in contact with you within 24 hours or less to firm up your requested day and trip with a 50% deposit. Cancellation Policy

WE REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION

YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, LESS A $10 PER PERSON, PER DAY CANCELLATION FEE IF YOU CANCEL AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP. IF YOU CANCEL BETWEEN 10 DAYS AND 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP DEPARTURE TIME & DATE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR 50% DEPOSIT. ANY CANCELLATION LESS THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP DEPARTURE TIME & DATE WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE TRIP. THIS APPLIES TO "NO SHOWS" OR THOSE WHO MAY BE LATE AND MISS THEIR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE. OUR TRIPS RUN ON TIME, RAIN OR SHINE. THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ANY CANCELLATION DUE TO THE WEATHER OR OTHER FACTORS WHICH ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

KEEP IN MIND THAT ONCE YOU RESERVE YOUR TRIP WITH A 50% DEPOSIT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE REMAINING BALANCE 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP DEPARTURE TIME & DATE. AT THIS POINT THERE IS NO LONGER ANY OPPORTUNITY FOR A REFUND OF ANY KIND.
