Make a Reservation

Please browse our rafting trips page and our specials page to familiarize yourself with our trips. Once you know what trip you are interested in, please complete the form below. Completing the form below does not commit you or Adventure Outfitters to a raft trip in any way; it is a request for a reservation of space. Please note the date or raft trip you are interested in may be fully booked already. A representative from Adventure Outfitters will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the availability of the date you selected and other information about whitewater rafting. To confirm available reservation space a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due at the time of your trip. See our cancellation policy below.

YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND IF YOU CANCEL AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF YOUR TRIP, LESS A $10.00 PER PERSON, PER DAY CANCELLATION FEE.

50% IS CHARGED IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 10 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF YOUR TRIP, AND AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR CHECK-IN TIME.

TRIPS THAT ARE BOOKED ON ALLOCATED OR RATIONED DAYS WILL BE CHARGED 100% IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TRIP. IN ADDITION, AND REGARDLESS OF THE ABOVE STATED POLICY:

BE ADVISED THAT ANY CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CHECK-IN TIME FOR YOUR TRIP, OR NO SHOWS AT CHECK-IN TIME INCLUDING THOSE WHO ARE LATE AND MISS THEIR DEPARTURE, WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE TRIP WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
